Terms
for artist's pages and inclusion of information
Ok kids, here's the fine print...
Artists pages are created and mainted free of charge to flamenco artists in the Philadelphia and New Jersey area. If interested in having your information included please contact the webmaster at phillyflamenco@gmail.com. Please do not assume that because you email me, I will include your information. My objective for Phillyflamenco.com is to make flamenco accessible while also perserving the integrity of the highest caliber of flamenco. I research and check references before I agree to include anyone's information on this website. Ultimately, inclusion of information and/or the creation of pages is at the sole discretion of the webmaster based upon the webmaster's evaluation of the artist's credibility. Period.
After the website is established and I have time, I would like to create a space for amateurs to have their information, photos, etc included. At this point in time, I am not prepared to do this. Please remember that Phillyflamenco.com is a labor of love. I make no money whatsoever from this site. I work full time, have a family and many obligations. I maintain this site in my free time. I spend countless hours editing photos, researching content, writing and creating pages.
All that said, if you would like to discuss the possiblity of having your information included, please contact me. The artist must provide all graphic elements, information about events and biographical information. I am willing to do a limited amount of photo editing, for free on your behalf, at my discretion. I make my best attempt to create pages in a timely manner, but again, I have many other obligations. I will do my best to keep pace with your needs to have your info updated. I also reserve the right to remove your information, at anytime, with or without notice. If you become difficult to work with, demanding or fail to provide information in a timely manner, I reserve the right to exclude your information. I'm very easy to work with, but I will not be taken advantage of.
Artists conducting workshops or performing in the Philadelphia/New Jersey area may also have their information included on PhillyFlamenco.com. I will create and archive visiting artists pages, which will remain static, at my discretion.
That's the end of the fine print. I hope all that didn't sound too scary, but I have to cover my bases to avoid problems in the future. Hope to hear from you soon!
